We are looking for someone who wants to work with a permanent position in an ICA store in Lund or Malmö!

As the demand is high among our ICA customers, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about the retail profession. You can start shortly on a schedule with a probationary employment that will transition to a permanent position. The positions vary between 50-100%. 

We are looking for someone who wants and can work in some form of retail work such as grocery, fruits & vegetables, deli & fish, cheese & charcuterie, etc. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-sufficient, meticulous, and have a strong service mindset. We see that you are driven, ambitious, and flexible as a person. You should be interested in developing in the store. We prefer that you have previous experience in the grocery trade or the restaurant industry. Previous experience with 'Min Butik', 'Store Office', and 'AOB' is an advantage. 

Job Responsibilities:

 You will actively work to serve the store's customers and ensure that the store's departments are well-stocked and appealing. You will work in an active department alongside your colleagues in an inviting environment. 

We are looking for someone who:

You enjoy service and have a genuine interest in retail work and people. You are meticulous and ambitious and take your work seriously. It is important that you specify in your application whether you want to work in Lund or Malmö!

Meritorious:

Previous experience in the grocery trade such as ICA, Willys, CityGross, Lidl, etc. You have a burning interest in food and service!
