ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of a team of 6 people working within Business Development. Your role will support the purchasers.
The tasks vary and include:
- Entering information and documenting in the systems
- Communicating with external parties and supporting purchasing with supplier management in the system
- Document management and updating controlled documents
- Creating presentations for internal training
Tasks will be provided by the purchasers on an ongoing basis. You enjoy being service-minded and helpful in your work style. Travel to Karlskrona occurs 1-2 days/month.
ABOUT YOU
To thrive in the role of purchasing assistant, you are meticulous and structured. You are communicative and dare to push to get things done; you reach out as needed and independently seek relevant information and contacts. You should have a holistic perspective and be able to prioritize between tasks. Furthermore, it is also important that you enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
This is a junior position, a perfect entry point for development within the company!
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in fields such as economics, law, or purchasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Swedish and English, spoken and written
The assignment is classified in a security class. Therefore, you will undergo a security screening before employment, which requires Swedish citizenship.
Meritorious:
- Work experience in administrative tasks
- Experience in a regulatory environment, such as pharmaceuticals or food
