About Pharmacy Viggen

Welcome to Pharmacy Viggen – a personal and professional pharmacy located on Herserudsvägen in Lidingö.

The pharmacy is directly adjacent to a healthcare center, which provides us with a steady and stable flow of customers, both prescription customers and self-care customers. Here you will meet both returning customers and patients from the healthcare center, creating variation in your workday and good opportunities to use your pharmaceutical skills. The location is easily accessible by public transport – just one bus stop from Ropsten, or by boat via Lidingöbanan and dock. This makes it easy to get here whether you come from the city or nearby suburbs.

At Pharmacy Viggen, we are a smaller team with close collaboration and a good atmosphere, where every employee is an important part of the whole. With us, you will have a secure working environment with high engagement, where quality in customer interactions is always in focus. You will also have the space to develop and influence – both your role and our common working methods. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00-19.00, Saturdays 10.00-15.00, Sundays Closed.

Your Role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. You are an important part of our team and contribute daily to providing each customer with a professional and safe response – whether it is about prescription dispensing, self-care advice, or support in medication issues. What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a genuine commitment to people, medications, and counseling.
• You have at least 1 year of experience from community pharmacies and thrive in an environment where you can combine service with professional responsibility.
• You have experience in prescription dispensing and customer interactions in both self-care and prescription channels.
• You have a particular interest in customer interactions and patient safety, and you enjoy contributing to a positive overall experience for every customer.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy collaborating in a smaller team where everyone helps each other.
