About the role

As a recruiter at SyncUp, you will play a central role in identifying and attracting the right candidates for our clients. You will drive the entire recruitment process – from understanding the client's needs to finding, interviewing, and presenting top candidates.

We are a fast-paced startup with an entrepreneurial spirit. This means you will have significant responsibility, but also the opportunity to influence and develop both our working methods and your own role. We value individuals with a sales background who want to step into recruitment – your understanding of business and relationships makes you a strong recruiter.

What you will do

• Be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job profile to hiring
• Actively seek out and attract talents through search and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Contribute to the development of our recruitment processes and strategies

Who we are looking for

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or other relationship-building work. A background in HR or personnel is a plus but not a requirement.
• Used to working goal-oriented and managing multiple processes simultaneously
• Experience with search and digital recruitment tools is a plus
• If you have a background in sales and want to step into recruitment, that’s a big plus!
