About the Position

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a fine assembler at ISEC Monitoring Systems in Helsingborg. You will be an important part of the production and work with precise assembly of high-quality products. The job requires precision, patience, and a sense for details, and is suitable for those who enjoy following clear instructions while contributing to continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a technical and practical role where accuracy is key. Experience in soldering, reading blueprints, turning, milling, prototype manufacturing, and fine mechanics is advantageous. You have preferably worked with small tolerances and have a good understanding of how to work methodically and efficiently in a workshop environment. The position is during daytime hours from 08:00 to 17:00. You will work with products that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. It is important that you have a technical interest from before.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Meticulous assembly of small technical components
• Follow work instructions and routines
• Inspection and quality control
• Contribute to an organized, safe, and efficient work environment
• Solder small components
• Collaborate and support the team in learning and development

Requirements for the Position:

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience in production, assembly, or similar practical work
• Technically inclined and used to working with your hands
• Good Swedish and English skills in both speech and writing
• Available for shift work (day and evening)

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in fine assembly or working with small components
• Worked in the industry as a machine operator or process operator
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Background in beauty professions, e.g., eyelash extensions or nail technology
