Molding Setter

We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career in injection molding and be part of an engaged team where quality, technology, and problem-solving are in focus.

About the role

As a setter, you will work to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will be responsible for setting up and changing tools in injection molding machines, optimizing process parameters, and ensuring that production meets established quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and change tools
• Fine-tune and optimize process parameters
• Start up, adjust, and monitor machines according to production orders
• Perform troubleshooting and take necessary actions during operational disturbances.
• Documentation and settings
• Collaborate closely with the quality and production departments
• Follow procedures and safety regulations for a safe working environment
• Create, adjust, and maintain robot programs

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and production who enjoys a varied and practical job. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience working as a setter in injection molding.
• Good knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tool handling.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize machine settings.
• Understanding of quality systems, documentation, and meticulous work.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Technical education in plastic, production, or maintenance technology.
• Experience in industrial automation or control systems.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
