The company's headquarters is located in Malmö, where one of their production facilities is also situated. The other is located in Gällivare, and all production takes place within Sweden's borders. Aimpoint is part of the Sandberg Development group.

Your tasks

As a fine assembler, you will work with the assembly of small and delicate components. The job requires PRECISION, concentration, and a steady hand, but also a willingness to contribute to an efficient and well-organized production flow. You will follow given INSTRUCTIONS and ensure that each part meets our high QUALITY STANDARDS.

Your background/Your qualities

To succeed in this position, the following is required:

• Experience working with fine assembly that requires high precision and dexterity, e.g., through professions such as electronics assembler, jewelry manufacturing, or other trades.
• You are meticulous, patient, and have a high quality awareness.
• Basic technical understanding and familiarity with hand tools.
• Good vision and concentration ability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work according to standardized processes.
• You are at least 18 years old and have good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working in clean rooms or with high quality requirements.
• Interest in technology, mechanics, or crafts, e.g., through hobbies (model building, sewing, computer building, nail/eyelash styling, etc.).
• Experience in quality control and documentation.
