ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of operator, you will support a driven team responsible for final packaging with a strong focus on efficiency and quality in accordance with GMP. The department handles the last step before the product is sent to the customer, which means that pharmaceuticals are packaged, labeled, assembled, and orders are dispatched.

The team works in process rooms with different lines - manual for hand packaging, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. During your training, you will primarily shadow a senior operator to learn a lot, and you should not be afraid to ask questions! We see that you are meticulous, flexible, and willing to step up during peaks in production, as well as having the desire to learn different lines to have as broad a competence as possible.

Working hours are according to a 3-shift system on a rolling weekly basis. Shift 1: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:30. Shift 2: Mon-Thu 08:30-17:00. Shift 3: 15:30-00:00, Fri 14:00-22:30.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

Daily tasks include starting batches, reviewing materials, going through batch documentation, and performing startup checks. Once the process is underway, you will package and label pharmaceutical products, which includes conducting random sampling, reviewing expiration dates and batch numbers, and ensuring correct stamping. Concurrently with the work, ongoing documentation is done according to GMP, such as reviewing SOPs and deviation reporting.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a completed high school diploma
Has at least one year of work experience, relevant experience may include a similar role as an operator, from process industry, pharmaceutical production, from restaurants, or grocery stores
Has very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written for documentation and safety reasons
Has a B driver's license

In addition to relevant work experience, experience with GMP is an advantage.

For this recruitment, a security check will be conducted.
