In the role of nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Together with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, you help shape the future of elderly care. Klingsbergsgatan 34 is a specialized facility focused on dementia and has 63 places. The residence is located in beautiful surroundings with a park nearby. The bus stop is just outside, and parking is easy in our nearby spaces next to the building.

In the position of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or finding fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for part-time colleagues for a temporary position until 2026-03-31, with a start date to be agreed upon.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to present an unopened extract from the police record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
