ChopChop is coming to Skövde this fall and we are now looking for our new star. A passionate and driven Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of this fantastic and exciting journey from the start.

To be part of starting a new restaurant with us at ChopChop, leading an entirely new team, and together creating fantastic guest experiences while developing one of Sweden's most expansive fast-food concepts – ChopChop!

To succeed in this role, we see that you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably as a restaurant manager, store manager, or equivalent. You have worked in the restaurant or retail industry and are accustomed to a fast-paced environment, customer focus, and working towards clear goals. This experience has given you the confidence to make quick decisions, motivate the team, and deliver at a high level – every day.

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire restaurant's operations. You lead and inspire your team in daily activities, create a positive work environment, and ensure that both guests and employees are met with energy, quality, and professionalism. With clear goals, structure, and strong leadership, you drive the restaurant forward – both operationally and strategically.

You have full responsibility for staff, results, work environment, service, and sales – with support from an engaged support team.

About you You are a confident and inspiring leader who enjoys seeing people grow. You have experience leading teams – preferably in the restaurant or service sector – and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and drive results. You are structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by clear goals. Service is in your DNA, and you have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
