You will guide and provide support for both third-party and internally developed applications, as well as handle purchasing, installation, inventory, and support of hardware such as mobile phones, laptops, and video conferencing systems. You will provide technical support during meetings, such as staff meetings.

The role also involves contributing to basic network support, such as patching the local network and access points, etc.

You will also manage permissions and licenses and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality follow-up.

Furthermore, it includes monitoring the operation and quality assurance of the office's IT areas by keeping them free from IT packaging and general equipment. At Norion Bank, we work with both PC and Mac, in a fully cloud-based Microsoft environment.

ABOUT YOU To thrive in the role of Support Technician at Norion Bank, we believe you have a genuine interest in technology. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in IT support or a related field, or similar service roles. You have good skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. Furthermore, it is important that you have attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality support.

We see it as an advantage if you have experience with both Mac and PC.

The role requires flexibility, as you may need to travel to our offices in Stockholm, Helsingborg, Oslo, and Helsinki when necessary. Therefore, we expect you to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.

As this role is an important support function, a five-day work week applies at our centrally located headquarters in Gothenburg.

The position is a permanent employment subject to a probationary period, starting by agreement.
