Qualifications for Service Technician – Werksta Falkenberg

• Automotive education or several years of documented experience as a service technician or mechanic is required.
• Good technical understanding and experience in troubleshooting, service, and repairs of cars.
• Familiar with working according to work orders and following manufacturer instructions and safety regulations.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage digital work processes.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Driver's license B is required.
• Responsible, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
• Good communication skills in Swedish – knowledge of English is a merit.
• Experience with our authorized car brands Honda, Mazda, Opel, Subaru, and Ligier/Microcar is a merit.

Central tasks for Service Technicians in the car workshop at Werksta Falkenberg

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose problems through troubleshooting and use modern diagnostic equipment.
• Install, replace, and repair parts according to manufacturer standards.
• Document completed work in digital systems and follow the workshop's routines.
• Contribute to an efficient workflow through collaboration with colleagues in the workshop and damage assessment.
• Act professionally and service-oriented towards both customers and colleagues.
• Participate in continuous improvements of processes, quality, and work environment.
