The Role As a service advisor, you will assist our customers from start to finish, from when they drop off their car at the workshop to when they pick it up. You will receive and hand over cars and be responsible for daily customer contact that occurs over the counter, by phone, and through our digital channels. By asking the right questions, you will help plan and schedule work at our workshop. The job is partly administrative, involving compiling and invoicing completed work as well as compiling work orders.

The role involves independent work but with close collaboration within the team and close contact with other colleagues in the after-sales department. Together, you will ensure a positive overall experience for our customers. Your placement will be at our facility in Sätra, and you will report to the After Sales Manager. This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday according to a schedule, totaling 40 hours a week. This is a permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period.

Basic Requirements

  • Previous experience in service work
  • Computer proficiency
  • Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license (Manual)
  • Basic vehicle knowledge or experience in a similar role is considered an asset
  • At least one year of experience in the automotive industry in the same role is considered an asset
  • Previous work with WinAssist is considered an asset
