Cloudo is looking for a Junior Account Manager focused on Telavox, Lynes, and AI-based switch solutions!

Cloudo is a growing tech company that offers cloud, IT, and communication services to businesses. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a driven individual who wants to grow with us and become an expert in smart corporate communication.

In this role, you will focus on helping companies streamline their communication through modern switch services and AI-based solutions such as Telavox and Lynes. You will become a specialist in the field and play a key role in creating value for our customers.

Identify and contact potential corporate clients in need of smart communication solutions Map the customer's current communication flow and suggest improvements Present and sell tailored solutions within switches, telephony, and AI-based communication Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding Build long-term relationships and contribute to customers' digital development

You are at the beginning of your career and have an interest in technology and communication You are curious about how companies can streamline their everyday operations with smart solutions You are comfortable making initial contact via phone and enjoy building relationships You thrive in a fast-changing environment where you can take responsibility and grow Strongly meritorious: If you have worked with Telavox or Lynes in practice – for example, in a previous role – it is highly valuable
