We are looking for a new Kitchen Operations Manager!

Position: part-time up to full-time, salary negotiable.

What does the role entail?

As a Kitchen Operations Manager, you are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly – from supply flows to quality controls and staffing. You work closely with the restaurant manager and the team, and you are the one who keeps the kitchen together with structure, pace, and a good atmosphere. You coach, support, and ensure that we all work towards the same goal.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

Ensuring that our concept is followed in the kitchen

Introducing and implementing new dishes

Keeping track of supply flow and orders

Conducting inventories and following up on key figures

Planning and structuring staffing

Developing and building team spirit in the kitchen
