We are now looking for a Program Manager in Change Management for an assignment in the banking sector.

About the assignment

As a change-leading program manager, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and following up on a comprehensive efficiency program within the bank. The assignment encompasses the entire change process – from current state analysis to implementation and follow-up – in close collaboration with management and key personnel. Your goal is to identify improvement potential, implement new working methods, and ensure that the change takes hold in the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive the bank's efficiency program

Identify areas for improvement through process mapping

Develop and implement new working methods and routines

Engage and support managers and employees in the change process

Report status and results to the management team

Ensure increased efficiency and improved customer satisfaction

Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

Several years of experience in change management as a consultant

Experience in driving larger change or efficiency projects

Strong understanding of business governance and process development

Academic degree in economics, engineering, management, or equivalent

High communicative ability and experience in creating engagement in change processes

Desirable:

Experience from banking, finance, or related industries
