About the Role

In your role as a Host, you will become a key player in our team, having both customer contact and significant responsibility. You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that both the car hall and the cars are in top condition.

The role of a Host is versatile and includes tasks such as keeping cars and facilities in top shape, photography, and web advertising. You build relationships with customers while contributing to sales in close collaboration with the sales team. In addition to this, you are also responsible for testing and valuing our trade-in cars and car purchases. 

Your day may involve preparing cars for viewing, handling customer inquiries, pricing vehicles, negotiating, testing, and ensuring that cars are ready for their new owners – and much, much more.

In short: no day is boring with us! The role is an excellent first step for those who want to develop and gain broad experience in both sales and customer contact.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Has a valid driver's license (B).
• Previous experience in sales or service is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn new things, ambitious, and loves to go the extra mile – whether it's for your colleagues or customers. Previous experience in the automotive industry is not a requirement.

With a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, you easily create good relationships. You communicate well, are detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You know how to prioritize correctly in your work to maintain high quality and meet deadlines.

Other Information

You will work at our facility in Gävle. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement.
