Freedom with responsibility. Ice cream of world-class. A 14th generation family business with a culture that prioritizes people and sustainability. Do you want to be part of Sweden's most tasteful journey? Together with Oddwork, SIA Glass is now looking for someone who wants to sell, plan, and win – in a delightful way. About the role: As a field salesperson at SIA Glass, you will have a large geographical responsibility area based in Sundsvall, where you work from home and plan your own workweek. The role is a temporary position for 1.5 years, but with very good chances of extension. It involves driving sales within the grocery trade in northern Sweden – from Sundsvall and up through the mountain region – and creating long-term relationships with a customer network of about 210 stores. You plan, book, and conduct visits, sell new products, and optimize shelf placements. You sell campaign volumes and support stores with promotional displays while ensuring that SIA Glass products receive the right visibility and impact.

You primarily work with existing customers, often in dialogue with store managers and retailers. The role involves about three to four overnight stays per month and a high degree of freedom with responsibility – here you are trusted to organize your days effectively.

We are looking for someone who... ... not only wants to sell but is driven to make a difference in every meeting. You are a person who sees opportunities where others see distance and who thrives in a role where planning, structure, and independence are crucial for success. You like to have control over your own workday but also know how to collaborate and achieve results together with others. With a strong personal drive, an unpretentious attitude, and a good portion of a winning mentality, you tackle both challenges and opportunities with the same energy. You are socially confident, professional in your presentations, and comfortable holding meetings both digitally and physically.

Our requirements for you:

  • Experience in sales – preferably within the grocery trade
  • Driver's license and willingness to work independently with customers
  • Comfortable with presentations to customers
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
