As Procurement & Contract Manager, you will develop and drive our function in procurement & contract management and be part of our Finance team. As an expert in the role, you will be responsible for securing procurement and contract processes, negotiations, and strategic choices of suppliers, creating structure to manage existing contracts, and being responsible for developing, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with key suppliers. The function is relatively new within the company, so initially, great emphasis will be placed on evaluating the company's procurement processes, formulating and implementing procurement strategies, and increasing knowledge about procurement among the company's managers. You are also expected to work closely with the operations in Hemfrid's sister companies within the Cleaning vertical and contribute to the entire KEYTO Group's successful work in procurement. Over time, you will work more strategically in the role to improve the company's profitability. Annually, Hemfrid generates over 1 billion SEK and procures goods and services for 150-200 million SEK across various categories such as IT, vehicles, marketing, cleaning equipment, and premises.

You will report to Hemfrid's CFO, Johanna Bergsten, who will be your sounding board for setting qualitative strategies for Hemfrid's continued development. Today, Hemfrid's Finance team consists of the functions Accounting, Payroll, Claims & Fleet, and Business Control. The team consists of about 20 employees. Hemfrid employs approximately 2,400 employees in total, and you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across several departments.

• Review and analyze existing procurement routines and supplier relationships

• Develop and drive procurement strategies both independently and in collaboration with management team members and other stakeholders within the organization

• Develop collaborations with existing suppliers and evaluate and develop new partners as needed

• Drive and project manage procurement and contract projects within the organization

• Lead the work with contract transfers and administration during mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

• Contribute to financial monitoring and planning of the business

• Handle reporting and be a natural speaking partner to the Sustainability Controller at the group level

• Collaborate closely with the Fleet Manager

• Participate and support major investment decisions, primarily in IT development

• Contract procurement and management

• Continuous development of the function

We are looking for someone with solid experience in similar tasks (approximately 5 years +). You enjoy working in teams and understand the value of communication and good relationships. You have experience in larger contract negotiations and are used to collaborating with others, both internal colleagues and external suppliers and partners. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is commercial, results-oriented, proactive, and values order and structure. You have strong analytical skills, make decisions based on data, are a natural negotiator, and can flexibly find the most suitable and profitable solutions for Hemfrid's needs. We also believe you have a strong drive for development and improvement work. Experience with systems like Qnova and Spendancy is a plus. In addition, we would like you to possess:

• A degree in economics

• Previous experience in a role as procurement and contract manager or equivalent

• Good contract and negotiation experience

• Experience in managing and developing systems for procurement and contract management

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite

• We also expect you to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English and be able to interpret legal agreements

The position is full-time 100%. We are located in lovely offices at Tulegatan 11, near the Rådmansgatan subway station and Odenplan commuter train station. We are mostly in the office, but work at another location or from home is possible.
