About the Company

Bospower is the general agent for Rolls-Royce power systems and works exclusively with their product range. Their main focus in Sweden is the engine brand MTU, which is part of Rolls-Royce. They offer service and refurbishment of engines, sales of spare parts, and delivery of new engines.

They are part of the Norwegian Bertel O. Steen group, which means they combine the flexibility and short decision-making paths of a smaller company with the security of belonging to a stable and growing group.

At the customer site, you will have an exciting and developing role in a business that is focused on growth. They offer a modern working environment, engaged and competent colleagues, as well as one of Sweden's most well-equipped workshops, located in the Jordbro industrial area. Here, they work with everything from engine refurbishments to advanced component machining.

About the Position

As a traveling service technician, you will work with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of MTU engines, both on-site at customer locations and in the workshop. The engines you work with are found in, among other things, backup power plants, industrial environments, and vessels. The work is carried out both independently and in teams, and travel and overnight stays are a natural part of the job.

You will start from the workshop in Jordbro, but are often on-site with customers in various parts of Sweden – and sometimes also in the Nordic countries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a mechanic and good knowledge of engines, for example from boats, trucks, or construction machinery.

• Speaks fluent Swedish and has basic knowledge of English.

• Has basic computer skills.
