Are you a confident and self-driven HR specialist with deep experience in payroll processes and HRM systems? Now you have the chance to take on a consulting assignment with a world-renowned company in retail, where you will be a key person in their central HR team.

Here you will work in a dynamic environment where structure, pace, and collaboration are in focus – together with competent colleagues in a larger HR and payroll ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for and ensure the quality of parts of the ongoing payroll management

• Work closely with a comprehensive HRM system (the focus is on system competence, not general HR)

• Collaborate with other specialists in a larger payroll and HR team

• Contribute to improvements in processes and routines in an agile working method

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years of practical experience in payroll Has worked systematically and data-driven in an HRM system Is familiar with larger organizations and teams Is structured, unpretentious, and solution-oriented Has excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English Meritorious: Experience from retail or previous consulting assignments in large organizations

       Start: June 2, 2025

       End: December 31, 2025

       Location: On-site at the client's office in Stockholm (Liljeholmen)  

      Working hours: 100%, daytime

      Remote work: Not possible
