About the role

Do you want to contribute your expertise in payroll and HRM systems for a well-known client in the fashion industry? Right now, we at Future People are looking for a self-driven and meticulous HR Specialist with experience in larger payroll organizations and system-based HR.

This is an assignment where you will work in a dynamic environment with an experienced payroll team and contribute to maintaining high quality in payroll processes. The assignment is full-time and on-site at the client's office in Liljeholmen.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 5 years of practical experience in payroll management

- Has solid experience working with HRM systems (focus on systems, not generalist roles within HR)

- Has experience with the entire payroll process and working in larger payroll/HR teams

- Has an agile and flexible working style, with the ability to quickly adapt to new routines and tools
