Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor for our client at an authorized brand workshop in Southern Stockholm. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in further strengthening our team and will work towards both the store and the workshop. The position involves a lot of contact with the workshop, suppliers, and customers. You will work with a strong focus on customer service, and your responsibilities include maintaining high quality and working efficiently with communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales, ordering, and picking of spare parts and accessories.

• Be responsible for order reception over the counter, via phone and web, as well as work with inventory management and stocktaking as needed.

• Ensure that customers' needs and expectations are met in the best possible way.

A typical day may involve:

• Checking stock levels and inventory of existing spare parts.

• Orders and purchases.

• Quality control of incoming spare parts.

• Answering phone calls and emails.

• Communicating with customers and your colleagues.

• Other administration.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B.

• Computer skills, MS Office.

• Good knowledge of CABAS.

• Experience in the role of Parts Advisor or similar work.
