JOB DESCRIPTION

As a production leader, you will have direct contact with our clients in the prison's production. Together with other staff, you will introduce and guide the clients and contribute to their learning. Your tasks will include maintaining the facilities, machines, and storage of the production, as well as some administrative work. You will also participate in the production work yourself. Additionally, you will help ensure that safety is maintained in the prison and that safety regulations are followed in the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has self-awareness. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have well-founded and clear values. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled. You have the ability to make correct assessments and priorities. You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and adapt your way of conveying messages based on the recipient's conditions. You should also have a physical condition that allows you to act physically if the situation requires it.

To thrive and succeed in your role, it is important that you share the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's fundamental values of a humane view of people, respect for the individual, and the belief that people can develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. Requirements

• Complete upper secondary school qualifications in the form of a final grade or upper secondary diploma, or other education in combination with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems equivalent
• Work experience from the manufacturing industry or other relevant work experience for the position
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Good computer skills

Desirable

• Work experience in a supervisory role
• Safety awareness both in terms of work environment and client safety
• Knowledge of treatment work and understanding of the significance and role of the work in the execution of the inmates' sentences
• Motivational work
• Pedagogical experience
• Driver's license (B)
• Forklift license

OTHER

We have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. To work with us, you will need to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position is classified in a security class, and a security clearance involving an interview and background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. During the security clearance, your personal background and relationships will be investigated from a security perspective.
