Work as an Extra Worker in the Industry at Finshyttan

Are you interested in stepping into the industry and gaining valuable experience? Or are you looking for a part-time job to combine with your studies? Then the position as an extra worker at Finshyttan might be just for you! We manufacture products for the construction industry in steel, aluminum, and metal, offering an inclusive environment where every employee plays an important role.

Job Responsibilities:

Cut and process sheets of metal
Plan and measure to create parts of specific dimensions efficiently
Perform various tasks within the production process

We are looking for someone who:

Is fluent in Swedish or English
Is available to work 1-2 days a week
Has another main occupation of at least 50%

Experience in dimension calculation and metal processing is a plus. Personal qualities such as determination, tidiness, and responsibility are important for success in the role.

Recruitment Process:

The recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and includes selection tests in personality and cognitive abilities. Working hours are scheduled between Monday and Friday with shifts from 07:00 to 16:00.
