About the role

As a recruitment assistant with us, you will assist our two experienced recruiters Moa & Klara with recruitment and additional administration. A large part of the work involves identifying and attracting IT profiles via LinkedIn Recruiter. The work also includes conducting phone interviews, scheduling candidates for interviews, and handling reference checks. The role is a part-time position as needed, approximately 8-16 hours per week, which allows for a combination with studies. The position is based in Stockholm, with some possibility to work remotely if desired.

Is this you? 

• Studying a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, Service Management, Technology, or IT and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies
• You have a strong interest in recruitment and are curious about the IT industry
• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form, good knowledge of English

Extra merit if you have experience in recruitment within the IT industry, LinkedIn Recruiter, service, and/or sales. 

To succeed in the role, we believe you are curious, enjoy taking initiative, are responsible, and goal-oriented. Furthermore, we believe you like to think outside the box and experiment with new methods to ensure that we always stay one step ahead. If you also have experience working with generative AI in your work? Perfect!
