About the role

We are looking for a payroll administrator with solid experience in the entire payroll process. You will work in a team where you manage payroll for both employees and workers, interpret collective agreements, and ensure that every detail is correct – from tax calculations to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll process from start to finish

• Ensure correct payroll payments for both employees and workers

• Interpret collective agreements and calculations according to applicable agreements

• Perform tax calculations and manage benefits

• Collaborate with colleagues in the payroll team within a larger company

• Be responsible for control and quality assurance of payroll data

• Handle reporting and follow-up related to payroll management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in payroll

• Several years of experience in payroll work

• Good knowledge of collective agreement interpretation and contractual calculations

• Understanding of tax calculations and benefits management

• Experience with payroll systems in larger organizations, it is advantageous if you have worked in the HRM system
