After working part-time alongside her studies, and then full-time with us, it's time for our colleague Miriam to try life as a consultant. Therefore, we are now looking for a new colleague!

Location: Stockholm. We have a flexible working approach with the possibility of remote work.

What you will do

In this role, you will drive recruitment for one or more of our business areas. You will support managers in everything related to recruitment and act as an advisory support. You own your recruitment processes from start to finish - requirement profile, search, interviews, signing – and ensure that the candidate experience is of high quality. You will be part of our Swedish TA team but will also participate in projects at both national and global levels within our People community. We work with modern tools like Teamtailor, Alva Labs, Gem, and Trustcruit. Do you like employer branding? Great! So do we. You will help strengthen our employer brand in Sweden. We have just launched a new brand and EVP – an exciting journey we want you to be part of. In addition, there is an opportunity to engage in AI-related initiatives, training for managers, and other development projects related to recruitment. 

Who are you?

  • You have 3–4 years of experience in recruitment within the tech or consulting industry
  • You have independently driven entire recruitment processes
  • You are used to collaborating with and supporting various types of managers and stakeholders
  • You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role, curious, and takes responsibility. You enjoy working independently but also thrive on sharing ideas and collaborating with others. Bonus if you are a fun person who doesn’t say no to a coffee break.
