WE Dental in Nacka is now looking for a licensed dental hygienist to join their team! You will work with both preventive and therapeutic care, focusing on patients with periodontitis. You will have the opportunity to shape your workday while having a safe, engaged, and open work environment behind you.

We offer a permanent position at 80–100%, starting from September 1, 2025 or by agreement.

• Licensed dental hygienist in Sweden
• Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing

• Work experience as a dental hygienist for at least 2 years.

WE Dental wants to find you who focuses on care quality and treatment outcomes first and foremost. Therefore, we are looking for an engaged, empathetic, and responsible dental hygienist with a genuine patient focus who has a desire to develop within the profession. You value good communication, teamwork, take responsibility in your professional role, and contribute to a positive work climate. We prefer that you enjoy working in a smaller, personal team where collaboration and engagement are important. The position requires that you live within a reasonable commuting distance to Nacka. 

Practical information

• Fixed salary: from 33,000 up to about 46,000 SEK (depending on experience)
• Occupational pension (from day 1, even during the probation period)
• Opportunity for commission-based salary
• Private health insurance, life insurance, premium exemption insurance
• Wellness allowance: 5,000 SEK/year
• 25 vacation days (30 days from age 40)
• Flexible working hours – but at least one evening shift/week until 7 PM. We follow the levels and conditions of the collective agreement
