Your challenge

In your job at Delta Consulting, you will be the catalyst that brings people in your environment closer to their goals. You achieve this by consultatively helping our candidates with their next career steps and our clients to find the right personnel resource. You approach every interview and every client meeting with energy, joy, and trust.  As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Delta Consulting, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process from the first contact with the candidate to the signed employment contract and ongoing management of existing candidate relationships. In this role, you work daily in close collaboration with your sales representatives and have daily dialogue with inspiring people interested in new opportunities. For the right individual, a typical expansion of responsibility will also include existing client relationships. 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is motivated by helping people in your environment. As a person, you never feel fully educated and are always open to new ways of thinking. You have experience in the recruitment industry and are comfortable in the role. You want to come to a place where you can influence, where you can maximize your potential as a recruiter and as a person. 

We are looking for someone who possesses

• 1 - 3 years of experience in interim and recruitment of finance personnel
• A winning mentality 
• Growth Mindset
• High intelligence, problem-solving ability, and coachability 

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in finance
• Financial education
