We are now looking for a colleague who wants to help us maintain our high level of service. In this position, you will administer and support PreVision, our web-based tool for systematic fire protection work, and thus work closely with both the business and our customers.

In your introduction, you will receive basic training in the business and your tasks, as well as plenty of support from colleagues, all to ensure you have the right conditions to succeed in the role.

Your main tasks:

Answer calls and emails from customers with the goal of delivering world-class customer service. Handle and resolve customer issues with professionalism, engagement, and a smile. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth processes. Administer PreVision, Presto's web-based tool for self-checks of fire protection. Perform administrative tasks, such as registering and invoicing licenses. Contribute to the development and improvement of our administrative processes.

Have the ability to handle demanding situations with calm and professionalism. Feel comfortable communicating via both phone and email. Master Swedish and English fluently, both spoken and written. Have a strong problem-solving ability and enjoy finding solutions. Are a team player who also enjoys working independently. Have previous experience in administrative tasks.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with working hours on weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30. The employment begins with a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Placement at the head office in Hagastan, Stockholm.
