We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Storvreta and surrounding areas!  We are seeking a personal assistant for our client, a young woman living in Storvreta. The client has physical disabilities and needs assistance with tasks such as mobility, dressing, and personal hygiene. You will have the opportunity to work shorter shifts in the morning, daytime, and/or evening.

What does the job as a personal assistant entail? 

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of various ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a woman in her 20s to 30s who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. 

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and be understood in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends.
• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
