Home Call is growing and looking for its next Junior Recruiter! We are seeking a junior recruiter for our team in Stockholm

Home Call is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a junior recruiter who wants to join us on our journey. What you will do:

• Meet new people every day and help them find the right place with us.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, SMS, and email.
• Schedule and conduct interviews according to a clear structure.
• Collaborate with our sales managers and understand their needs.
• Work in a modern recruitment system where you follow your candidates from first contact to onboarding.

You will of course receive both a work computer and a phone. You will be working with us in our office in Stockholm.

We believe that you:

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• Have at least one year of work experience, preferably from sales or telecommunications.
• Are social, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy having a lot going on.
• Have a natural sense for people and want to see others succeed.
• Are curious, goal-oriented, and ready to grow in the role.

If you also have education or experience in recruitment or HR, that is a big plus but not a requirement!
