We now have an opportunity for you as an engaged pharmacist to become part of our team at our pharmacy in Ursviken. We are looking for someone who has the ability to meet each individual's needs and who, with service and care, has the ambition to build long-term relationships with our customers.

As a pharmacist at the pharmacy in Ursviken, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

The pharmacy is located in Ursviken, about 13 km from central Skellefteå. It is a small pharmacy directly connected to a health center. The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday and has an active collaboration with colleagues at our other pharmacies in Skellefteå.

In this role, depending on the needs of the business, you will also have the opportunity to work variably with order preparation. This means you will meet customers via apoteket.se where you perform the pharmacological checks of incoming orders. You will work locally at our pharmacy while serving the e-pharmacy in Eskilstuna. This provides you with opportunities for professional development, variety, and flexibility in your work.

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to reaching our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Perform pharmacological checks of incoming online orders
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our operations into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
