About the team & role

The position involves a lot of travel – you will work from home and then be on-site with customers across the country and even abroad when required, which means you will be staying in hotels a lot during the week and returning home on weekends.

The work includes:

- Traveling for work

- Working at the workshop in Skutskär

- Supervising external contractors

- Administrative tasks such as writing detailed service reports 

- Servicing large and small industrial Diamond Power products

Sometimes you will work evenings, weekends, or at the workshop. It is important that you are flexible and have a solution-oriented mindset – they need someone who dares to make decisions independently and knows how to make things work in the field.

About you

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a traveling service technician

- Good experience in welding, cutting, and welding tests (with licenses)

- Familiarity with working with large industrial machines, preferably within NSC facilities or paper mills

- Secondary or post-secondary education in industry (meritorious)

- Administrative skills (e.g., writing service reports)

- Driver's license (you will receive a company car)

Is very independent, fearless, meticulous, and used to taking responsibility. You enjoy being away during the week and are comfortable working alone as well as in a team. You have good structure, can hold a work team together, and have respect for machines, safety routines, and documentation. You are solution-focused and flexible – both in your thinking and your daily life.
