As an Office Manager at Keystone Education Group, you will be the first impression for customers, visitors, and employees at one of Sweden's perhaps most wonderful workplaces! You will be the hub of employees' daily work, supporting us in service and activities at the office.

Typical tasks

• Ensure that our office feels welcoming, representative, and maintains a high standard
• Welcome visitors to the office
• Prepare for Monday breakfast, Friday beer, and after-work events
• Handle incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
• Plan for larger events, such as summer and Christmas parties
• Support in administrative tasks within HR and finance

• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You have a couple of years of work experience, preferably in service!
• You are responsible and structured in your workday. You see what needs to be done and are happy to take your own initiatives.
• You enjoy providing service and creating an environment where our employees thrive!

• Are great at coming up with and driving fun activities for our employees.

This is a full-time position based at Karlavägen in Stockholm. We think the start date is as soon as possible, but we are flexible!
