I am a man in my 70s living centrally in Gävle. I am now looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed with me. I have a safe and cheerful team of assistants who look forward to welcoming a new colleague.

I am a wheelchair-bound man who appreciates a calm and structured everyday life. It is important to me that the chemistry between me and my assistants is good. I enjoy your company and the time we have together, but I also appreciate just as much that you can see when I want some time for myself in peace and quiet. I take daily walks. Sometimes I go to the OP Assistans office when there is coffee. And sometimes I don't want to socialize at all. 

Job Responsibilities:

I need support with everything that life entails. Meal situations, transfers (with a floor lift), personal care, some training, and more.

Who are you?

I am looking for a female personal assistant who is calm, stable, and reliable. It is important to me that I can decide how my day should look. Therefore, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to how I want things. I feel good when my days follow their usual structure. I want you, who work with me, to have good judgment, to be attentive to different situations, and to show respect for my privacy.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is a woman

• Is smoke-free

• Handles the Swedish language very well

• Can work days and evenings on weekdays and weekends

It is also an advantage if you have experience in personal assistance or another care-related profession.

Working Hours and Employment Rate:

The working hours are scheduled for days and evenings on both weekdays and weekends. The shifts are at varying times between 07:30 and 21:30. I am looking for people who want to be substitutes for me and can step in extra as needed.

To be employed with us at OP Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
