👉 Your mission

• Work with investigations and interventions for children and youth aged 0–20 within the social services' authority.
• Be responsible for the entire case management process, including LVU, according to BBIC.
• Collaborate closely with specialist social workers, unit managers, and external actors to create holistic solutions.
• Contribute your experience in a team that values collaboration, support, and development.
• Primarily work on-site in Gävleborg County, with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week.

✅ We are looking for you who

Must-have requirements

• Have a degree in social work from a university or college.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in authority work with children and youth.
• Have very good knowledge of BBIC and experience in LVU case management.
• Are self-sufficient in the Procapita/Lifecare systems.

Meritorious

• Experience with Signs of Safety and involving children and youth's networks.
• Very good analytical skills and confidence in decision-making with both heart and judgment.
• A humble team player who enjoys supporting and inspiring colleagues.

📍 Scope

100% (40 hours/week), normal working hours 08:00–17:00, flexible hours 06:00–22:00.

Location: Gävleborg County. Overtime and travel in the job may occur.

Remote work max 2 days/week by agreement.

📅 Assignment period

Start: Immediately (December 1, 2025)

End: Around mid-March 2026

Option: Monthly extension, up to May 31, 2026.
