I am a 22-year-old girl living with my mom, dad, a younger brother, and two cats just north of Gävle. My interests mainly include singing and dancing. I enjoy being at home but find it very fun to go out in social settings with my friends; this is important to me. My disability means that I need your help to structure my daily life so that I can live a 22-year-old's life with everything that entails. I can walk by myself, but I sometimes need help with a wheelchair. You, as the assistant, will work independently and help me with personal care, communication, and support during transfers. You are a person who is flexible regarding tasks and working hours, has a pedagogical approach, is meticulous, and follows established routines. You are responsible, have good judgment, and have an individual-oriented working method. I want you to feel really good working with me; mutual security is important to me. Working hours are currently scheduled with day shifts with waiting time from 08:00 to 08:00. There is an opportunity to split certain shifts (08:00-18:00, 18:00-08:00) Scope: Initially, we are looking for hourly substitutes as needed who can go through an introduction and start as hourly substitutes during the summer. After August, it may become relevant to have a regular position with a scheduled shift.

To be employed with us at OP Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service.
