Are you an experienced digital project manager with a sense of both structure and collaboration? Do you want to drive digital development close to the business, at the heart of finance, but with an overview of the entire organization? Then we have the assignment for you! 

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager in finance for an exciting assignment where you will work together with a competent digital team and engaged business representatives.

What you will do:

You will have a central role in leading digital projects related to the finance department, but the collaboration extends far beyond that. Here, you will be an important link in the digital team consisting of domain leaders/product owners, developers, and business and solution architects. You will collaborate with various parts of the organization such as procurement, HR, and in different construction projects. You will ensure, in close collaboration with the team, that the digital solutions are tailored to needs and comply with both strategy and guidelines.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and drive digital projects from start to finish

• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization

• Set frameworks, timelines, and ensure deliveries for the projects

• Identify and manage risks and dependencies for the projects

• Act as the spider in the web between the digital team and the business

Your profile:

You are a confident leader who combines technical business focus with excellent project management skills. You are used to creating consensus among different stakeholders and leading teams towards clear goals in a changing environment.

We see that you have:

• At least 7 years of documented experience as a digital project manager

• Worked closely with development teams in digital environments

• Good understanding of financial processes

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience in driving projects towards steering groups with high demands

• Experience in driving change and coordinating various business needs

• Experience working with agile methods

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience from process industry

• Insight into ERP solutions
