We at TP are looking for Danish-speaking stars to join our team in Stockholm!
You will work in a team that supports customers at a well-known tech company in the finance sector.

About the position:
The position is full-time and you will handle incoming calls, where you analyze problems and solve customer inquiries in a quick, engaged, and pedagogical manner.
It is an advantage if you have previously worked with various forms of software and thrive in multitasking.

You will work at our office in Stockholm
Opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00
We are looking for you who:
- Have completed high school with a full diploma
- Take service seriously, love to interact with people via phone and email, and want to make others' days a little easier
- Have good IT skills
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English
- It would be an advantage if you can speak and write Swedish, but it is not a requirement!
As a person, you remain calm in stressful situations, you are mature, and have a natural interest in helping others and providing good service. You have a balanced empathetic ability, which allows you to put yourself in others' shoes. Exceeding our customers' expectations is our goal every day, and we hope you are passionate about providing that little extra. In the recruitment process, we conduct mandatory background checks on all candidates, and a high school diploma is required. It is also a requirement that you speak fluent Danish and English in both speech and writing. As part of the recruitment process, you will also be asked to complete various types of skills tests.
