About the Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator with our client, you will be a central part of the supply chain, responsible for coordinating the order flow from customer to production and delivery. You will work both independently and closely with your team in a dynamic environment where structure and accuracy are crucial. The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and requires a person who enjoys juggling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and registration of customer and manufacturing orders.
  • Management of calculations, delivery plans, and forecasts.
  • Compilation of production documentation before project start and final documentation.
  • Ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, and internal functions.
  • Ensure that the order flow operates smoothly and according to established routines.
We are looking for someone who
  • Has at least two years of experience in order preparation or a similar role, preferably within industry or production.
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working in SAP.

You work proactively, communicate clearly, and have a structured and goal-oriented way of working. About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment via OIO. As a consultant at OIO, you will be offered a fixed monthly salary, paid vacation from day one, and a high wellness allowance.

  • Scope: Full-time, office hours with a hybrid work model (two days in the office).
  • Start: Immediately.
  • Duration: 6-12 months as a consultant, with the possibility of extension or direct hire.
  • Location: Spånga.
  • Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
