About the position This position is a temporary contract for 17 months, starting on 2025-09-08. As a Shift Leader, you will report to the Store Manager. However, you will have the ultimate responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is not present. Responsibilities include personnel management, hygiene, maintenance, orders, budget, and results. You will train and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain good hygiene, and achieve the store's sales and cost targets. Daily operations include responsibility for the maintenance of all machines and equipment. The position involves approximately 34 hours per week and a rotating schedule where you work every other weekend.
