Heda Security AB is strengthening its service organization. This is the role for you who enjoys solving problems, meeting new people, and delivering the best possible service. Customers are found within the construction and civil engineering industry, public authorities, and private companies.

Your Responsibilities

You will, in consultation with the service leader, plan the daily work and have contact with both customers and suppliers. Below are examples of tasks you will work with;

1. Service, repair, and maintenance of gates, barriers, bollards, speed gates, sluices, and alarm fences
2. Commissioning of new units
3. Actively create satisfied customers through good service and problem-solving

The work takes place largely outdoors all year round.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience working as an electrician or alarm installer and experience with the above-mentioned tasks. You have completed high school education/electrical training and good knowledge of Swedish and English. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position, and if you have any of the following competencies, it is an advantage:

• Troubleshooting on strong and weak current installations, motor controls, relay functions, etc.
• Experience in area security and fencing

Alternatively, training in the following:

• Lift & fall protection training
• Hot work
• Safe lifting

It is also important that you are attentive to the wishes of customers and colleagues, as the level of service and engagement to our customers and colleagues is what makes Heda successful.
