Your responsibilities

As a foreman, you will lead and allocate work for our service technicians and assist them in their work. You will also be the face of the company to our customers. You will work closely with the site manager, service technicians, and sales staff for spare parts and machinery/implements. Administrative tasks are also included in the role.

To succeed and thrive in the role, you need:

• A technical education and/or practical experience working with heavy vehicles.
• Computer skills.
• Driver's license B.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Experience in similar positions and familiarity with handling customer contacts is advantageous. Overall knowledge in the agricultural, contracting, and/or automotive industries is also a plus.

You should be unpretentious, proactive, enjoy taking responsibility and making independent decisions.
