Are you a service-oriented person who is passionate about delivering the highest quality and thrives in a dynamic and social environment? We are now looking for a dedicated Office Assistant/Office Coordinator for our client in central Stockholm!
About the role In this role, you will be the company's face to the outside world and a key person in creating a welcoming, functional, and professional environment. You will report to the office manager and work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers.
The company is a large global organization, and a workday can include everything from coordinating events and welcoming guests to handling incoming calls and assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing daily errands outside the office, e.g., picking up packages.
- Assisting colleagues with simpler administrative tasks.
- Keeping common areas organized and tidy.
- Staffing the switchboard and welcoming visitors.
- Ordering technology and being responsible for setting up hardware during the onboarding of new employees.
- Event planning: Managing purchases and coordinating events in consultation with the responsible person to create inspiring and memorable experiences in the workplace.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong communication skills in both English & Swedish (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships.
- An eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- A positive service mindset and a willingness to help your colleagues.
Your profile We are looking for someone who is social, driven, and enjoys a role with variety. You are proactive, sociable, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create comfort and order around you. With your positive attitude and attention to detail, you contribute to a top-class working environment!
It is an advantage to have worked in a similar role, but it is not a requirement. Experience from, for example, the service industry and the right attitude is also beneficial for the role.
