About Apoteket University Hospital EA

Apoteket University Hospital EA in Örebro is located at the main entrance of the hospital and has a wide customer base – from patients and healthcare professionals to the general public. Here, 25 dedicated employees work, including 15 pharmacists and 10 advisors, in a dynamic and developing environment. The pharmacy is open every day and offers an exciting variety of tasks. Your role

As the responsible pharmacist at our pharmacy in Örebro, you will work together with your colleagues to achieve our goals in quality, patient safety, and sales. As LMA, you are expected to act with commitment and credibility and assist our customers based on your pharmaceutical expertise and knowledge. It is important for us as a pharmacy to continue to develop, and we want you to be part of that journey. In the role, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our operations into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers.

For you as LMA at the pharmacy, we want to offer a platform where you can grow and develop. Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 07-21 and weekends 08-21.

What you will do with us:

• Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer management.
• Conduct self-inspections and provide support in conducting risk and event analysis.
• Guide your colleagues with questions - we grow and develop together.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician and who either has experience as a responsible pharmacist or who wants to become a responsible pharmacist. You understand the importance of good customer interaction and have experience in advisory sales.
