DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roofing services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 25 employees who collaborate with about 40 subcontractors. The business is based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. As we are getting more and more customers who want quality roofs, we are looking for a truly effective and energetic person who will become our new ASSISTANT HR ADMINISTRATOR

What does this role entail?

You will become an important part of our team, and the role includes “everything” that a HR department deals with. This means recruitment, onboarding of new employees, administration related to personnel, and supporting our HR manager with whatever is needed.

What do we require from you?

We are looking for someone who is productive, results-oriented, and a curious individual who is passionate about helping and taking care of our hardworking staff as well as the newcomers. Previous experience in HR is a plus but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you can demonstrate results where you are and have been, and that you have always had a strong drive.
