We are currently seeking a consultant for document and project coordination for a larger CCS project in the energy sector on behalf of our client. The assignment is part-time and is expected to start on 2025-08-25 and last until 2026-06-01. 

About the assignment You will be part of a project team responsible for structuring and coordinating document flows between the client's organization and suppliers in a comprehensive project regarding carbon dioxide capture at a combined heat and power plant. The focus is on document management, project coordination, and monitoring of time, quality, and cost in the documentation system Antura.

Examples of tasks: - Coordination and structuring of technical documentation between client and supplier. - Monitoring and reporting of project documentation in Antura. - Participation in project meetings and coordination of information. - Possible participation in investigations, training, and support within operations and maintenance.

There may also be other project-related assignments within the facility project. For example: - Driving and conducting investigations - Stand-in for other project members - Training initiatives - Facility documentation - Project coordination - Coordination with operations and maintenance

Other: Start: 2025-08-25 End: 2026-06-01 Scope: Part-time to full-time, a total of approximately 1250 hours (varying workload depending on project phase). Location: Helsingborg + remote (about 25% remote). Shorter trips to suppliers in Germany (Dresden) may also be included. Background check: May be conducted. Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in project coordination within the power or process industry. - Has broad knowledge in the relevant areas. - Has knowledge of working with CAD files. - Very good level of English in both spoken and written form. - Experience from at least 1 relevant reference assignment in the last 5 years. 

It is a plus if you also meet the following requirements: - Worked with Antura as a project management tool. - Have experience from 3 relevant reference assignments.

Desired personal qualities: - Structured and meticulous. - Self-driven and responsible. - Good collaboration skills and communicative in both written and spoken form. - Flexible and solution-oriented.
