We are currently looking for an Order Coordinator who wants to help create the best assortment for our customers together with the rest of the team!

What does the role entail?

As an Order Coordinator, you will have an administrative and coordinating role in our purchasing department, acting as a link between our suppliers, our operations departments, and our finance department. You will continuously place orders and ensure that our stocked assortment is always available.

Your main responsibilities will include...

• Working to optimize product purchases against current sales forecasts
• In dialogue with Category Leads, develop the delivery precision and quality of various suppliers.
• Working with ongoing purchases through our order and forecasting system.
• Responsible for handling order confirmations.
• Responsible for managing price & quantity discrepancies on supplier invoices
• Regular contact with suppliers to follow up on placed orders and delivery precision.
• Systematically working to minimize delivery delays & discrepancies.
• Monitoring costs for discrepancies for incoming goods.
• Improvement work related to orders & deliveries

This is a full-time position with an immediate start according to agreement. The location is at our lovely headquarters in Kalmar.
